Teachers' community building From experience, young teachers face a challenge of bearing experienced educators' discomfort or rather, inferiority complex around them. My guess on the course of this kind of a challenge my be attributed to novice teachers serving as threat to the experienced ones. What is not known is if the threat could be aligned with; young teachers' superiority complex, innovative teaching, character...etc. Furthermore, experienced educators also face a challenge of novice ones' dismissal of mentorship offered by experienced ones. Well...I personally think, young educators tend to become overconfident and hold the belief that, "We know it all, the madalas and gogos cannot tell us a thing." As part of Tea-Sterl, we acknowledge that young educators need professionally experienced mentors to introduce and guide them into how the education system run. The mentorship may constitute matters concerning professional behavior when interacting with learners, best approaches to teaching content and connecting with fellow subject-based educators in the vicinity. In addition, experienced teachers may also receive assistance with regard to the inevitably altering pedagogic paradigm constituting technological uptake. Therefore, it is in my best interest to create, through Tea-Sterl program, opportunities for both parties to compliment instead of conflicting or undermining each other. Involvement with learners Integration of social networking tools in teaching, motivating and assisting learners and students with career guidance. I am also currenlty mentoring 3 of my former matriculants:
Creating Sites At my leisure time I always find enthusiastic when creating websites and using online tools to instill some sense of self-regulation in learners. I also assist my friends in in manipulating online tools they could use to teach. Sites created This site....#lol...true right?
